“ I visited with my two teenage sons and stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment in Block E which was quite a distance from the main pool area. This wasn't a problem though, as we found a smaller pool right next to the apartment block which only got about a dozen people using it so we never had to be up early to get sunbeds and only used the main pool on the first day. The staff we met were all very pleasant and helpful and the daily maid service saved us the job of clearing rubbish away and making beds ourselves - not a problem for teenage boys but I appreciated not having to do it on holiday! There is plenty of car parking available onsite and the resort is close to Seaworld and only about a 15 min drive to Universal (we didn't do Disney this time but I think it's about the same drive time) so I would recommend getting a car for the convenience, although for non-drivers the resort provides a shuttle to the parks and there is a bus-stop right outside the resort entrance. We would definitely go back to Floridays again as the location suited us perfectly, and it is a clean and friendly place to stay.
“ Top Tip: Generally, Floridays is in a great location on International Drive only 5mins from Publix and an Outback restaurant (if driving; walkable in about 20 mins). We decided to stay in one evening when there was a nasty thunderstorm and I ordered a pizza online from a local Dominos which was delivered within 30 mins of placing the order - excellent service and great pizza!!

“ Lovely hotel, very spacious apartments and great pool area. Not really walking distance to the restaraunts though so be prepared to drive. Had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend staying at Floridays if holidaying in Orlando.
“ Top Tip: The I-Ride trolley stops right outside the hotel and was a cheap alternative to driving. Use it for Seaworld & Aquatica to avoid the hefty parking costs.

“ excellent hotel with large apartments with Air Con. Free Disney bus to Epcot every day. hotel pool area excellent for chill out days with starbucks cafe.

Top Tip:
pool supplies beach towels. large supermarket within walking distance with all ammenties under one roof. Orlando Village outlet with cheap designer labels etc within walking distance.i bus down international drive only $1.25 stop oitside hotel.
if your on a night flight like us arrange late check out as check out is 11am.

“ Must say we really enjoyed our stay ,v clean hotel ,good breakfast cooked to your liking.Staff v helpfull, great to meet such nice people !!! Would stay here again.Can get the bus right outside the hotel to the city or 5 min walk to the train station. We found the bedrooms v big,which was great,i really can't say anything bad about this hotel.

“ Hotel situated close to Disney Downtown and near to the Parks. Very pleasant stay, staff helpful and hotel room clean and comfortable. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last ten years. However as price is about to double in the spring am not planning to return.

“ Great hotel. It is a pity that the extras are not published in advance. $11 per day parking; $18 per day mandatory resort fee. If you do not want to play golf, use the gym or spa or paddle a canoe you do not get the benefit of the resort facilities. Dining in the restaurants is OK but not as good as others.

Built in 2000 and renovated in 2005, this hotel comprises a main building and 16 annexes, each with 5 floors and with a total of 1,100 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the air-conditioned lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception desk, safes, lifts, and a cloakroom. Dining options within the hotel include a bar with a snooker table and a restaurant. The hotel also features a small supermarket, a delicatessen, a games room, and a playground where younger guests can let off steam. Parking spaces are available in the hotel car park.
“ The Hotel was really good. Pool beds were always available and the hotel policy of not allowing beds to be held while not being used is a great idea. The provision of pool towels is also a bonus.
