“ Great hotel and facilities, only down side was that checking in seemed to be a long wait sometimes as never seemed to have more reception staff on hand to deal with the peaks. Main pool was out of action being refurbished for part of stay but was compensated with free drinks and snacks at the other pools so couldn't complain. Staff very good, bar and restaurant good, would recommend.8.9 Excellent

Emma from Skelmersdale
“ The hotel was very clean, helpful staff with restaurants on site. The pools were great and the crazy golf, pool and table tennis were brilliant for our 4 year old at night.
“ Top Tip: The Village Inn was across the road, with excellent food at a reasonable price.

“ The free transport to the theme parks was excellant ran on time and the drivers were very helpful. The number 29 stop for the I Trolly was right outside the Hotel and ran the length of the International Drive which made it easy to get around without a car.
“ Top Tip: Dont use a car as the theme parks also charge for parking working out expensive on top the theme park entrance fees. Sometimes it can be a long walk from your car to the entrance. Use the free shuttle buses from the hotels as these drop you at the entrance.
James from London
“ Hotel is suitable for older people, if they make sure they ask for a groundfloor room as there are no lifts in the out buildings to the 2nd floor.
“ Top Tip: Close to many restaurants on International drive. Spoilt for choice
