“ Pretty impressive hotel, unique features, B line diner in hotel good for brekkie, although expensive, we had breakfast included in our room rate so good value although hotel kept charging us for it sorted out on check out, but had to be very insistent that it was removed from our cc card before we departed, rooms are big, bathrooms have a Telly built into the mirror, parking is charged, and a room facility fee added of 9.99 per day so can be expensive but what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.Would we return - possibly not because anything was bad, just that there is so much choice in Orlando, and nothing in terms of service and facilities wowed us, and we've been to better 3 and 4 star hotels in Orlando and it's people and good service that make the difference and your holiday.

“ Top Tip: Ask for a I ride pass from the concierge it's included in the room/resort fee but nobody will tell you about it you have to ask.

“ FANTASTIC HOTEL, WALKING DISTANCE TO POINT ORLANDO FOR RESTAURANTS/BARS.

ROOM ALLOCATED IN NEW TOWER WAS SPACIOUS/VERY VERY COMFORTABLE.

BREAKFAST OPTION GREAT VALUE.

“ Excellent hotel but no entertainment for families at night pool lovely but on a disney holiday there is no time in the daytime to use it, all drinks chargeable hotel concierge said the owner thought tea and coffee in the room was unhygienic! You can order hot water and buy your own tea bags/coffee but we decided to use Denny's instead & McDonald's! Felt this hotel suits rich business men it's clean has good facilities but everything revolves around the dollar. Staff excellent room very good but expected certain items complimentary in the uk you receive all the above and more but yet if money was no option I wouldn't be too disappointed!
