staff were very helpful in relation to the hotel and its grounds, kept very clean and all staff were very friendly. however when asked to phone for a cab to go somewhere we were informed we had to do it ourselves from the room. no public phone boxes at all on site. asked for advice on i-ride buses and did not know any information at all except their own coach services to parks.
I would certainly return to this complex, a home from home and would recommend this to anyone.
free wi-fi in the club house too if your taking a lap top $4.95 a day, however they do have computers to use but can be expensive to use i.e. 25 cents a minute.
Dont take many clothes with you as they have washing machine and dryer in the apartments which were a god send. I came home with all my clothes clean, no washing to be done at all.
“ Top Tip: the i-ride buses were a god send. $17 per adult for 14 days and kids are free. We got ours on the transfer coach to the hotel, would recommend this. stop number 39 right outside, on international drive. red and green line, green takes you upto Universal where you need to get off at G4 and walk 15 mins to universal. Seaworld at 33. you can get off at 32 and cross over the road to get the linx 50 to magic kingdom, $6 each way for a family of 4, takes about 45 mins. tiring but alot cheaper. Publix supermarket about 20 mins walk from hotel or get on i-ride at 39 and get off at 41, if you have no car that is. $15 in taxi/cab to Kissimee Walmart, massive shop and has everything you want/need. Buy most of your gifts etc outside disney, universal if you can as really expensive.

“ Great location for visiting Disney and Universal parks and attractions if you have a car. Lovely pool, plenty of beds and lots of activities on offer. The poolside bar served excellent snacks, but should really stay open longer! The clubhouse could be more inviting though, with a nicer bar area for the adults.

Superb facility - 3rd visit in 2 years hence say no more... Excellent sized rooms and a secure complex close to all of the local entertainment. Good rates if you shop around..
Two points worth mentioning - not a lot of entertainment of an evening if you like to take a few beers on site and no daily cleaning unless you pay the $25 fee...
If you want a 3 bedded large room with all usual apartment facilities close to I-Drive you wont go wrong with the Fountains...
“ Top Tip: Copper Canyon on I drive is a great place to eat - large menus and good prices...

“ The rooms were very nice, the furniture etc looked expensive. Our view out on the balcony wasnt good and the balcony was very small. The bathroom was great it had 2 sinks a separate shower and toilet and a big bath , only problems were the plug didnt work in bath and the lighting in rooms very dim.

Built in 2000 and renovated in 2005, this hotel comprises a main building and 16 annexes, each with 5 floors and with a total of 1,100 apartments. Guests are welcomed in the air-conditioned lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception desk, safes, lifts, and a cloakroom. Dining options within the hotel include a bar with a snooker table and a restaurant. The hotel also features a small supermarket, a delicatessen, a games room, and a playground where younger guests can let off steam. Parking spaces are available in the hotel car park.
“ The Hotel was really good. Pool beds were always available and the hotel policy of not allowing beds to be held while not being used is a great idea. The provision of pool towels is also a bonus.
