We stayed as a family of 4 with our children aged 2 and 4 the staff couldn't do enough for us the breakfast included was very good inc cereal lots of toast waffles pancakes boiled eggs porridge coffee tea and fresh juice
The room was small but we were out all day and only in to sleep!! Maid service was everyday and excellent we left a dollar a day for the maid! The hotel is a bit of a drive away from a few places but near to Disney the hotel did a free shuttle everyday if you don't drive the hotel offered us a 10% discount and would beat any other hotel quote we had in future by 10% also I personally would stay there again for the 1st class service we received as it was better than 5*** can't wait to go back the pool area was good as well plus they had a laundry room were you could do your own washing very very handy I did all our washing before we came home!
“ Top Tip: Laundry room 2.50 for a load plus dryers available! A restaurant within mins a Walgreens pharmacy which sells groceries as well plus a McDonald's within mins right outside the hotel

“ rooms dont have a great deal of space but are very clean and well kept with clean towels every day and bed linen changed regular.There is a free breakfast which is very good Chuck the manager is very helpful always there and would do anything to help both guests and his staff

This hotel is a real gem! Just returned from a 12 night stay and have to say it's the best value for money I have ever found! The rooms were more spacious than I expected for the price. Everywhere was clean, beds comfortable, no noise issues even when the hotel was full, friendly and helpful staff (especially Alan, who deserves a medal at busy breakfast times!), nice pool area, use of internet in lobby, free wi-fi in rooms AND a breakfast included!
I think this hotel deserves more than it's 2 star rating and would recommend it to anyone who wants a clean and comfortable base for exploring Florida.
