Regal Palms Resort & Spa offers unique accommodations of self-catering 3 & 4-Bedroom Town Homes and off-site 4 & 5-Bedroom Private Pool Homes, offering a "home away from home" experience. The Private Pool Homes are located within one to seven miles from the resort's Clubhouse. (These one and two-story villas are spread throughout select communities.) All accommodations are fully furnished and have fully equipped kitchens, cable television, and washer/dryer, perfect for a long stay.
The resort's Clubhouse offers 24-hour guest reception, marketplace with grocery items, concierge services, business center with free WIFI. The bar & grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and broadcasts live sports events worldwide. The resort is complete with a large tropical swimming pavilion, water-slide and lazy river, sand volleyball, children's playground and game room. The Spa & Fitness Center offers an array of cardiovascular equipment, massage therapy, manicure/pedicure services, sauna, steam room and hot tub to pamper your every whim.

A Daily Resort Amenity Fee of $10.00 per day plus tax applies to all bookings. Fee covers the following: -

ONE-TIME DEPARTURE CLEAN FEE
All stays are subject to the following one-time departure cleaning fee: Townhomes: $65, Private Pool Homes: $89
ACCOMMODATIONS ARE SELF-CATERING. Daily maid service is not provided. Each home offers a fully equipped kitchen including cookware and dining utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, refrigerator, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Bath, hand towels and bed linens are provided. We do not offer any cleaning supplies for the home, but there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, iron and ironing board and hair dryer in each unit. First use of toilet tissue and a set of garbage bags are also provided.
Some helpful items to bring are as follows:
Paper towels, napkins, additional toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing and laundry detergent, washcloths, coffee and coffee filters, hand and body soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush and mouthwash and any other personal incidentals.
For your grocery needs, there is a mini-mart located at the resort. A Publix Super Market conveniently neighbors the resort as well.

The town house we stayed in could have been lovely, however, it needed a very good clean. The carpets in the living room were absolutely filthy and covered in stains. They were so bad that we didn't take our shoes off as we wouldn't have felt comfortable walking on them with bare feet. The carpet on the stairs had not seen a vacuum cleaner for a long, long time. There were also large stains on the sofas and the dining/breakfast bar chairs.
We couldn't park on the drive as there was a party going on at one of the other town houses and their guests had parked all over the place including our drive. There must have been ten to twelve cars parked all over the place and one of them managed to block our car in, so we couldn't get out until they moved the offending car. The management of Regal Palms didn't seem to care that one of the houses was being used to host a party, goodness knows what state it was in after they checked-out!!
Very glad we were only staying for one night.

Initial room allocated was very dirty. Requested new unit which was done without a problem and this was much better. However the general maintenance of the units was average. Pool was nice and the staff in bar etc all very pleasant and helpful.
Food and drink very reasonably price and food good quality

“ Very disappointed with the Regal Palms Resort. It was dated and tired. Our safe was not working and nobody came to see to it after we reported it. The dishwasher stopped working, the tumble dryer was in need of repair. When we arrived there was rubbish outside the house with large birds picking at it. Again we asked for it to be cleared away but nobody came. The dustbin was full of rubbish from the previous occupants. The was no outside space at the house which did not suit us. Overall I would not recommend it!

Fantastic. it was really clean with most of the appliances in the kitchen being new. It had everything we could possibly need and we had loads of space.
The hotel pool was clean and well maintained and the hotel staff were friendly.
The hotel was in a quiet location but only about 15 minutes from Disney and 2 from nearest restaurants of shops.
Great place to stay.

Applebees restaurant at the end of the road was very good value and the staff lovely. Went there twice and had great service both times.
Great for a quick meal at the end of a long and tiring day.

“ A well presented resort within easy access of roads allowing travel into and around Orlando. The room sizes are good with high ceilings which made it feel very airy. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub provided within each 'village' within the resort.

“ Great hotel. It is a pity that the extras are not published in advance. $11 per day parking; $18 per day mandatory resort fee. If you do not want to play golf, use the gym or spa or paddle a canoe you do not get the benefit of the resort facilities. Dining in the restaurants is OK but not as good as others.

This new, gated, Mediterranean-style resort is landscaped with mature palms and trees to give it the feel of being in the quiet Italian Tuscan countryside.
