Regal Palms Resort And Spa

“ We were delighted with our stay at Regal Palms - especially the townhouse itself. It was beautifully clean (and i am fussy!) and very tastefully decorated. Bedding and towels were beautiflly clean - everything was to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend this resort and would like to return in the future!!

The only slight negative is that the kitchen was under-equipped - no baking trays to cook anything in the oven, lack of chopping knives etc, but to be honest we ate out most nights anyway, and bought what little we needed to get by at the Publix supermarket along the road.

Food at the Clubhouse was delicious and reasonably priced too.

“ The town house we stayed in could have been lovely, however, it needed a very good clean. The carpets in the living room were absolutely filthy and covered in stains. They were so bad that we didn't take our shoes off as we wouldn't have felt comfortable walking on them with bare feet. The carpet on the stairs had not seen a vacuum cleaner for a long, long time. There were also large stains on the sofas and the dining/breakfast bar chairs.
We couldn't park on the drive as there was a party going on at one of the other town houses and their guests had parked all over the place including our drive. There must have been ten to twelve cars parked all over the place and one of them managed to block our car in, so we couldn't get out until they moved the offending car. The management of Regal Palms didn't seem to care that one of the houses was being used to host a party, goodness knows what state it was in after they checked-out!!
Very glad we were only staying for one night.

“ Top Tip: Applebees at nearby Berry Town Center is great.

“ Initial room allocated was very dirty. Requested new unit which was done without a problem and this was much better. However the general maintenance of the units was average. Pool was nice and the staff in bar etc all very pleasant and helpful.
Food and drink very reasonably price and food good quality

“ Very disappointed with the Regal Palms Resort. It was dated and tired. Our safe was not working and nobody came to see to it after we reported it. The dishwasher stopped working, the tumble dryer was in need of repair. When we arrived there was rubbish outside the house with large birds picking at it. Again we asked for it to be cleared away but nobody came. The dustbin was full of rubbish from the previous occupants. The was no outside space at the house which did not suit us. Overall I would not recommend it!
