I have stayed at this hotel twice a year for the past 10 years
I will not stay there again the recpectionist was very rude at check in and when I asked for downstairs rooms she said no the rooms we were given must have been the worst the hotel had dirty bathroom no plug for sink it was a shame as never had a problem before but due to the the member of staff being so rude it has put us off ever returning

Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in room, otherwise alright apart from the workmen drilling a couple of times. Unfortunately our room was right above the noise.
Reception and staff very polite and room was clean although some furniture seemed to suggest it had been knocked around a bit.
“ Top Tip: Situated well for Kissimmee amusements and plenty of good restaurants around area.

“ i had booked a delux room. on arriving at the property i asked what was the differance with my room and an ordinary room to be told that had no delux rooms. my stay was very enjoyable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. any problems i had were very quickly rectified.
“
Top Tip:
i hop for great american pancakes and perkins for very reasonable meals. perkins had an extensive menu and a good choice for children.
the hotel is situated about 15 mins. from walt disney world

“ we stayed for 9 nights it was nice and quiet,i think that was because we didnt have anyone next door.Room was ok cleaned every day, 2 heated pools and towels provided only had breakfast once and that was quiet expensive for what you got.Didnt use the shop or bar, reception staff were friendly and the porter weighed our bags before our return flight which was good . We booked this hotel because it was near the old town which we love only a 5 min walk away.
“ Top Tip: cracker barrel just up the 192 lovely food ,and the arabian night show great.
