This is a new community of upscale 4, 5, and 6-bedroom superior homes with private pools. Guests can relax in one of these spacious homes after a day of sightseeing or a theme park visit. With all the comforts of home these villas are also more affordable than buying several hotel rooms for a large family or group. The community area offers a clubhouse with an Internet cafe, and it also has a gas-heated pool.This striking gated community is located just a few kilometres west of the Disney complex on Highway 27.

US Highway 192 is just a 5-minute drive where guests will find many shops, supermarkets and restaurants.The entire family can gather in the living room to relax or around the dining room table for a home-cooked meal. Each come with full bathroom, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, radio, kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, a washing machine and an ironing set. Each unit has individually adjustable air conditioning and heating. The maximum occupancy per home is 2 persons per bedroom.Each home has a relaxing private swimming pool.

The standard amount of pool furtniture provided is 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table. The community also offers a large shared pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, kid's play area, gym, putting green and more. The community clubhouse also offers a gym.From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR 417 heading West.

This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 500 m to the junction with US Highway 192.

Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Take the first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where guests check in will be on the right.Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center.

Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day by telephoning freephone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa, guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heating, cot rental, and highchair rental.

All apartments and condos are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Check-out time from the accommodation is 10 am.
