PROPERTY AMENITIES
Westgate Vacation Villas is conveniently located within 1 mile of the Walt Disney World Resort main entrance, close to Downtown Disney area and just a short drive to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, International Drive and Orange County Convention Center.
The 340-acre lakefront resort features a marina with swan paddle boats, 13 outdoor pools and spa tubs, fitness center, several dining options including pool side bars, restaurant, a sports bar, marketplace, ice cream shoppe and gourmet deli & coffee shop, daily scheduled activities and Activities Center for all ages, extensive arcade room, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, miniature golf, playgrounds, horseshoes and shuffleboard. An internal tram service or bicycles allow guests to explore the resort amenities more easily.
Other amenities include a Disney movie theater that plays movie favorites throughout the day, DVD rental kiosks, concierge desk and local attractions ticket purchase and assistance, 24-hour security and front desk, free parking, BBQ grill facilities and much more.
Complimentary scheduled transportation to the Walt Disney World Resort , Universal Studios Orlando Resort and Premium Outlets Orlando on a first come, first served basis and may require a reservation. Schedules and pick-up locations can be obtained at the front desk.
Resort also offers a 24-hour business center with computers and Wi-Fi (some surcharges may apply). Meeting and ballroom facilities up to 16,490-square-feet total space offers ballrooms, boardrooms, and open air verandas. Full service catering, meeting space personnel, audio-visual and teleconference equipment available. Resort specializes in weddings, reunions, conferences, and social events. 

ROOMS
Westgate Vacation Villas offers 1,184 guest villa accommodations ranging from Studios to 2-Bedroom Villas with a Loft that sleeps up to 10 people.
All of our non-smoking villas include a full kitchen or kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, along with cookware, dishes, and utensils, separate dining area, sleeper sofa, iron and ironing board, alarm clock radio, phone with voice mail, air conditioning and heating, in-room safe, DVD player and color television with satellite service and Wi-Fi internet (fees may apply).
Most also include a washer/dryer, furnished balcony or patio, jetted or whirlpool tubs, and ceiling fans.
Pets are welcome in most villa room types (restrictions and deposits may apply). 

DINING
Shorts & Sandals Restaurant -
Enjoy a relaxed, laid-back dining experience at the casual Shorts and Sandals restaurant, located in the Pavilion Building. Shorts & Sandals features a “come-as-you-are” attitude along with a very affordable menu that includes fresh garden salads, rotisserie chicken, seafood, steaks, ribs, pasta and much more. A special children’s menu is available for kids under 11 years of age. Beverages include beer and wine, as well as your favorite Pepsi products. All menu items are available for dine-in or take-out. Open daily for breakfast and dinner (and for lunch seasonally). Hours of operation are seasonal. 

Sports Bar –
Calling all sports fans! The Sports Bar is your headquarters for all things sports related with ample flat screen televisions and indoor or outdoor seating. Serving up a delicious menu of food items as well as a wide variety of cocktails, wines and super cold beer. Menu includes fan favorites like healthy wraps, traditional turkey club, Cobb salad, flat bread pizzas, burgers, chicken tenders, Buffalo wings and other daily specials. Catering is also available. Open daily for lunch and dinner. Hours of operation are seasonal.

Hershey’s Ice Cream Shoppe -
Next to the 3,000 sq ft arcade room lies the Hershey’s Ice Cream Shoppe, which offers a wide selection of delicious, hand-dipped creations using the finest Hershey’s ice cream and frozen yogurts. Dine indoors or outside on the adjacent patio and enjoy ice cream cones, shakes, smoothies, sundaes, banana splits and homemade cookies. Hours of operation are seasonal.

Cordovano Joe’s Authentic New York Style Pizza -
Fresh, hot and delicious pizza, which is available for pick-up or delivery to the guest villas or even poolside! Hours of operation are seasonal.

Sid’s Bistro –
Sid's Bistro is reminiscent of a Classic European Café, offering an exquisite array of Chef Selections including made to order salads, fresh brewed coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and specialty pastries and desserts. Located in the lobby. Hours of operation are seasonal.

Joe’s Marketplace & Deli -
Joe’s Marketplace offers guests the onsite convenience of purchasing groceries, beer, wine, gifts and sundries. Adjoining deli serves hot and cold sandwiches and various other hot and cold prepared items. Hours of operation are seasonal. 

RECREATION

The resort boasts 13 outdoor pools and spa tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, jogging/walking paths, bicycles, miniature golf, marina with kayaks and paddle boat rentals, fishing, shuffleboard, ping-pong, playgrounds, a 3,000 sq ft state of the art arcade room with ticket prize counter, daily planned activities and an Activities Center for all ages that offers arts, crafts, board games and evening activities (separate fees may apply).

An internal tram service that continuously runs the property grounds allow guests to explore and enjoy the countless amenities!
