“ It was clean, the staff were helpful and polite, the swimming pool was better than I had expected, the location was excellent for the parks and for restaurants. Easy access to main roads meant that travelling to shops and other locations was easy to plan. I would have graded this hotel as higher than 1 star.

Nice little appartment with bedroom, bathroom, lounge with tv/sink/fridge/pulloutbed etc. Nice staff. Dont quite understand how it gets a one star rating, would of thought 3 is more apt.
Worth checking wether there is an internal door linking apartments together. If there is a family/noisy folk in the next apartment then their noise can be annoying.
