for budget price you get more than a budget hotel. so all in all good value for money
down side breakfast. the free breakfast is toast cereal juice coffee thats it. so dont expect too much although the free breakfast voucher gives you $1.50 against the £9 breakfast cost. just dont forget how much you paid and it is a good stay but for a small amount more you can get a lot better. room cleaning not up to the levels of 5 years ago.
“ Top Tip: if you are going to eat the night time buffet and then go to the bar. dont get your drinks at the table. more space and the drinks are much cheaper

We stayed here for 1 night and it was exactly what we needed to stay in Orlando. There were shuttles at convenient times to Seaworld and Universal, that you didn't have to book for. Breakfast was a very simple affair of watered down juice, tea/coffee and toast but I was told that they were doing away with any included breakfasts and offering a buffet breakfast instead for future bookings.
We had to check out after breakfast as we had made a separate 5 day booking which was consecutive to the first night. The front desk said that we could check in once we came back at the end of the day. Not so. When we came back, there was a massive queue of irate groups who like us were told that they suddenly couldn't accomodate us and that we would be transferred to their sister hotel. Apparently all the hotels in Orlando were booked solid due to the closure of airports so people couldn't go home and had to stay on. But why did we get punished as we had booked months earlier? The hotel we were sent to had a higher class rating, but offered no breakfast (so we incurred extra expense); there was no public transport nearby (front desk had no idea) so we had to walk for 40 mins to International Drive to catch the bus or pay an exorbitant taxi fare; there were no restaurants (ok one pizza and one Chinese place) but certainly not the variety nor within walking distance like they were at the Clarion Inn; and there was only one Shuttle to Universal a day which had to be pre-booked with a schedule that made for much less time at the park.
All in all, we had to pay considerably more in extra costs, than we had to, due to the move and just having a better class hotel does not compensate.
