This family-friendly hotel consists exclusively of suites spread over 3 floors. The air-conditioned reception area offers 24-hour reception service, a hotel safe and lift access. Air conditioning and heating are individually regulated. Additional facilities include ironing facilities as well as a tea and coffee making facilities, and the heating and air conditioning are centrally regulated. The modern kitchenette includes a fridge and a microwave. Each of the suites include sleeping space for 5: 2 queen-size beds and a sofa bed in the lounge.Leisure options include a swimming pool in the hotel grounds along with a barbecue area. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy a workout in the hotel's own well-equipped gym.The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Disney World and the Lake Buena Vista Outlet. For guests staying less than 5 nights: 'Light touch' housekeeping is provided and includes the replacement of used towels, emptying of rubbish bins, and the making of the beds. Full service cleaning is provided every 3rd day at no charge.

Breakfast eating area only had 6 tables, which was outside & therfore couldnt be used if it was raining

“ Hotel was good value at £33 a night but I would not like to have paid full price. Rooms were large and equipped with a mini kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer and hot plate but no kettle or oven). Continental breakfast was decent and when insufficient seats available they had no problem with guests taking food back to room. Nice heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Helpful reception staff and a good base for the Orlando area. Malls with places for shopping and dining appx half a mile away, but most of the time we ate nearer International Drive.
“ Top Tip: Cici Pizza worth a visit for good pizza and pasta buffet and friendly service for about $7 a head.

Our room always smelled of cigarette smoke, yet the room and corridor was all supposed to be non-smoking. Other guests said the same.
Getting from the airport was tricky due to the location of the hotel. We took the Lynx 111 bus but then had to walk over a mile. Taxi / shuttle would be much easier - but the hotel does not have an airport shuttle.
Room cleaning was average, but the washbasin and bath were never cleaned.
The hotel staff we saw did not know much about taxis or airport transport and could not offer any advice.

Top Tip:
The hotel has a complimentary Disney shuttle. This goes at 8:30 and 11am and returns at 6:40 and 9:45pm. The shuttle goes to Epcot and Disney transport makes it easy to get about from there. However, note that the hotel is the last one the shuttle collects from and the bus was always full. We went out early each morning to make sure we got on.
A tip for those staying late at the parks is to get a Disney bus to Downtown Disney and take a taxi from there to the hotel - the taxi fare was usually less than $8 but we got ripped off by one driver ($11)
The hotel is not near anything - it is about a mile walk to the restaurants and supermarket so be prepared.
