“ Hotel is great for a family stay but shuttle service really needs some attention to get guests from one location to another. There should be a routine shuttle service with pick-up points around the resort so that guests could explore the resort.
“ Top Tip: Guests must be free from noise pollution and this sis not so at Springs where I was. The idea of a holiday is to be away from the hustle and the bustle - I had sleepless nights there. I booked 2 nights with you guys and 7 nights with RCI via my time share but left 2 nights earlier because I could not bear it anymore.

“ Great room (we were upgraded to two bed room). Service great location superb for disney which is about 10 - 15 min away. Shuttle bus crammed coming back around 5 ish not good if you have young kids and board at the last stop EPCOT. Overall probably best place we have stayed at and price also good compared to timeshare people we met.

Top Tip:
Steer clear of indian restaurant at crossroads nothing like the indians in the uk.
