This resort offers a variety of 3- to 5-bedroom villas, all finished to an exceptionally high specification. The resort is firmly established as one of the most desirable communities for those wishing to stay in the Disney/Orlando area. Please note that most of the villas swimming pools are gas-heated.This resort is an immaculately maintained, peaceful community located on Highway 27, to the south of Highway 192 which is the main road into Walt Disney World, and all of the major shops and restaurants. Drive time to Walt Disney World is just 20 minutes, and to SeaWorld and Universal Studios it is a 35 minute drive.

Orlando International Airport is the nearest Airport and is just a 45 minute drive away, and for those wishing to visit the beaches of Florida Gulf Coast it is a 90 minute drive from the resort.All of the villas are detached homes with private pools, and offer at least two bathrooms (with shower/bathtub). In-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, washing machine, dryer and an ironing set. The villas are fitted with air conditioning and central heating, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The standard amount of pool furniture provided is 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table.From Orlando Airport: take the South exit, signposted to State Road 417 and Kissimmee. Join State Road 417 heading West.

This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192.

Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Take the first left towards the Ramada Hotel, and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where guests check in, will be on the right.Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection are to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The office is open daily from 8am to 12 midnight.

After midnight key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for a villa, guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked.

The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, cot rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Check-out time from all accommodation is 10 am.
