Disney Area Standard Homes

Located in established sub-divisions, all homes are of a good quality and standard, meeting all the basic requirements for a clean, self-catering holiday home. In short, they are perfect for the budget-minded holidaymaker.All homes are a short drive from an abundant selection of restaurants and shops and conveniently located between 5 and 35 km away from the Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal attraction parks.All standard homes feature satellite/cable TV, a radio, central air conditioning and heating, a washing machine and tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board, and all towels and linens for the home. A fully equipped kitchen means that meals can be prepared easily. There is a full-size oven, fridge with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and a dishwasher, and all of the cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses are included.

Master bedrooms feature either a king-size or queen-size bed with an adjoining full en suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms have either a double bed or twin beds, with at least one shared full bathroom. Three-bedroom homes sleep up to 6 people; 4-bedroom homes sleep up to 8 people and 5-bedroom homes sleep up to 10 people.Each home features a private outdoor swimming pool with a screened-in pool deck, complete with 2 sun loungers and a patio table and 4 chairs.From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR 417 heading West.

This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192.

Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Take the first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre, where guests check in, will be on the right.Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The centre is open daily from 8 am until midnight.

After hours key collection is from the electronic locker outside the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering a villa, guests will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked.

The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heating, cot rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Check-out is before 10 am.

Please note that pool heat is not included. It may be paid for locally (currently $30 per day, subject to change).
