Newer homes in superior living communities with modern and spacious floor plans, lovingly designed decor, modernized facilities and amenities ensure extra comfort. There are houses available with 3 bedrooms, suitable for up to 6 persons, 4 bedrooms which offer accommodation for up to 8 persons, and 5 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 10 persons.The homes are located in various communities between 8 to 32 km from Walt Disney World. It is only a few minutes' drive from the homes to a large range of restaurants and shopping facilities.The houses are also fitted with various extras. These range from an extra living room or dining room to an extra TV, video recorder or CD player.The communities where the homes are located can have various amenities ranging from children's playgrounds, communal swimming pools, a golf course, tennis court or basketball court, or even a clubhouse.

All of the homes will have their own private screened-in swimming pools.From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR 417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration.

At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Take the first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre, where guests check in, will be on the right.Check-in is from 4 pm.

Check-in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Hotelbeds Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. The centre is open daily from 8 am to midnight. After midnight key collection is from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day by telephoning freephone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option.

When registering for the villa guests will be asked to supply a credit card as security for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heating, cot rental, and highchair rental. All homes, apartments, and condos are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Check-out time from the accommodation is 10 am.
