This is an electric pool heat community.These villas are located off Highway 27 south of Interstate 4. Outside the gated entrance to this golfing community there is a 24-hour Wal-Mart store, a bank and fast food outlets. The villas are located on an 18-hole PGA championship golf course which is ranked in the top 100 courses in the USA, and in the top 6 in Florida. They are just a 27-minute drive from Walt Disney World, a 30-minute drive from SeaWorld Orlando, 37 minutes' drive from Universal Studios Orlando, 38 minutes from the Florida Mall Shopping Centre and 72 minutes away from Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Orlando International Airport is just 61 km away.All villas have 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms and their own private screened-in pool, and many have a view of the golf course. There are a minimum of 2 sun loungers, 4 chairs and a table located on the poolside sun terrace, and not all standard homes are equipped with pool heaters; therefore the option of pool heating must be requested at the time of booking. All villas come with private bathroom facilities with a shower/bathtub. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio and a kitchen with a fridge, cooker, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and a washing machine. Furthermore, an ironing set, air conditioning and centrally regulated heating are provided in all accommodation units as standard.This Golf and Country Club community features 3 outdoor swimming pools, and the golf course has won multiple awards over the years. The golf club (additional fee applies) is open to both residents and visitors, and also offers a driving range, putting green and a golf shop.Guests arriving from Orlando Airport should take the south exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join the SR.417 heading west (toll road) and exit at junction 2, signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here, turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the 2nd set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where you will check in is on the right.Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. When registering for the villa will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed.
