This new, gated, Mediterranean-style resort is landscaped with mature palms and trees to give it the feel of being in the quiet Italian Tuscan countryside. Adding to this the many amenities on offer and it is the ideal location to stay for a holiday in Florida. This is an electric pool heat community.These executive homes are located on Highway 27 and are situated among the orange and citrus groves in a well-planned and established community. The homes are just 19 km south of Highway 192, and 3 km from the junction with Interstate I.4 making it easy to drive to all the shopping malls, restaurants and theme parks in the area.
Walt Disney World (24 km), SeaWorld (32 km) and Universal Studios (39 km) are all close by and the following airports provide easy access to the accommodation: Orlando International Airport (53 km), Orlando Sanford International Airport (71 km), Tampa International Airport (104 km), and Miami International Airport (387 km).The outstanding executive style villas are furnished to a very high standard. All of them are detached villas, and feature their own private screened swimming pool. The en suite bathrooms come with a bathtub/shower, and amenities on offer include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, tea and coffee making facilities, an ironing set and a washing machine. The kitchens come with a fridge, a cooker and a microwave and air conditioning and central heating feature.From Orlando Airport: Take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee.
Join SR.417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth turn right onto Celebration Avenue.
Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where you will check-in will be on your right.Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747.
After hours key collection from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for the villa will be asked to supply a credit card as sucrity for the villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked.
The following items can be added to the booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat, crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check out time from the accommodation is 10:00 h.

“ This accomodation was fantastic equipped with everything, even down to hair straighteners! We booked a three bedroom accomodation however on arrival it was 4, which pleased our 3 boys no end. Another plus for the boys was the garage contained a pool table and table tennis, again wasn't expected. We would definately book to stay here again!

“ A superb villa in a quiet location that exactly met our needs. The villa was excellently equiped with the children (3 of them) making good use of the pool, which had a good selection of inflatables, while we prepared the evening meal in the superbly furnished kitchen. The open plan layout was perfect for the family with two lounge areas as well as a generous dining room. Although we had booked a 3 bedroom villa we arrived to find it had 4 this was a very pleasant surprise and in particular made the holiday for our daughters who were expecting to share a twin room. All of the bedrooms were a very generous size with two having ensuite facilities the master bedrooms ensuite being bigger than most bedrooms. The villa contained all the facilities we could wish for with good attention to detail for example free wi-fi which was useful and the most comfortable matresses you could imagine and much appreciated after full on days at the theme parks.

Top Tip:
Boggy creek airboat rides provide a great half day excursion that allow you to see a bit of Florida away from the parks.
If you are interested in wildlife a short walk from the villa at Tuscan ridge provides an opportunity to hear and see plenty of insects and snakes.

The house was immaculate with all facilities meeting and in the case of the master suite exceeding our expectations. We originally booked a 3 bed home but on arrival we were allocated a 4 bed house. When we arrived at the house after collecting the key from the welcome centre, we found that the air conditioning was showing a fault. One phone call to the number provided and an engineer was sent to rectify the problem. The pool was excellent and with the screen cover and fans outside ensured you were not eaten by any bugs!!.
The house was approx. 20 miles away from the disney parks but this was no problem as the highways were not too busy so getting around was straight forward.

Top Tip:
Longhorn steak house served excellent steaks. Chilis restaurant was also excellent and served great margueritas!!.
For a non alcoholic refreshing change of environment try Cracker Barrel, great food with an authentic old american feel to the place.
Tip: Take a sat nav with you - invaluable.
