Local Tips: All of the homes are within 20 to 25 minutes drive to Walt Disney World (subject to traffic). Due to the location of the properties it is a great idea to pre-book a car rental in order to take full advantage of all that the area has to offer.

FACILITIES:The facilities at Walt Disney World Area Executive Homes are of the highest standard with comfortable accommodation and ultra modern amenities offering everything you need for a fun and relaxing holiday. The executive homes are superior to the standard homes with a better calibre of furniture and additional facilities to the standard homes.
Food, drink and entertainment: Each home is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, all glassware, crockery, all linens and towels. There are countless restaurants, bars, cafes, and fast food options close to home.
Sports, games and activities: The outside area has a furnished patio and swimming pool. The can be heated (with extra charge, payable locally). Pool heating is not available during the months of June through to September. Outside patio is perfect for relaxing in the sun. There is colour Cable TV in the lounge area as well as a DVD or video player. The greater Orlando area boasts over 800 tennis courts and more than 150 golf courses.
Room Facilities:
The Walt Disney World Area Executive Homes feature villas from compact three-bedroom properties to spacious six-bedroom houses and with at least 2 full bathrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a fully fitted en suite. You can chose whether you want a one or two storey home, and each have a lounge and living area, a master bedroom with a queen sized bed and a television, and other bedrooms with double or twin beds.

Please collect your keys from the Florida travel network reception located at 8701 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Suite 104 Kissimmee, Osceola, Florida 34747. --Directions from Orlando International Airport to FTN Reception Centre-- From Orlando International take the NORTH exit until you see signs for Hwy 528 (known as Beachline) headed WEST (to area attractions). Stay on Hwy 528 WEST to the very end (pass two 75cent tolls) and then take I-4 (Interstate 4) headed WEST. Follow I-4 West to the exit 64 which is the exit for Magic Kingdom and for Hwy 192 West. After taking the exit, bear left so that you don’t head for Magic Kingdom… and say on Hwy 192 West for about 5 miles until you get to the intersection with Vista Del Lago blvd and Hwy 192. Turn right onto Vista Del Largo Blvd, Turn Left at the Stop sign we are located next to the vista A/C mini storage (large orange building). --Directions from Sanford Airport to FTN Reception Centre-- Head west on Red Cleveland Blvd toward E Airport Blvd, Turn right at E Lake Mary Blvd/Silver Lake Dr, Slight left at E Lake Mary Blvd/Silver Lake Dr, Turn left at County Rd-427, Turn left onto the FL-417 ramp to Orlando, Keep right at the fork to continue toward FL-417 S and merge onto FL-417 S, Take exit 2 for Celebration Ave, Turn right at Celebration Ave, Turn left at Space Coast Pkwy/US-192, Turn right onto Vista Del Largo Blvd Turn Left at the Stop sign, We are located next to the vista A/C mini storage (large orange building). Check-in is from 4:00pm. The Reception Centre is open in the afternoon from 4:00-6:00pm. Customers arriving after 6pm need to use the lock box outside the reception centre, all relevant details will be held within, the lock box code is 412. All guests must register even if they pick up their key instruction after 6:00pm – in such cases, they must return to the Reception Centre between 8:30 and 11:30 the next morning. HANDY LANDMARK for easy spotting: just before you come to the intersection of Hwy 192 West and Vista Del Lago, you will see a large purple neon sign for Houlihan’s Restaurant on the left after that sign is the traffic light at the intersection of Hwy 192 and Vista Del Lago, turn right.

“ executive villa was in Haines city which was too far out, not within the 20 mins of Disney! Black mouldy slime around shower, cockroaches in villa, sheets as thin as tissue paper, pool had not been cleaned, sign in villa asking us to strip beds and wash the 1st load before we left! Observed the next villa being cleaned and sheets etc being dried over the pool furniture. Need I go on! this was not executive.

We were given the wrong directions to the house but we were lucky to have an
emergency telephone number to call and the lady directed us to the house that we
had booked.
The house was really nice and not far from all the restaurants and all Disney parks
it was exactly what we thought it was going to be and would tell all our friends
with families about it.
We had a very very happy holiday and would definitely go again.

THERE WERE SO MANY TO CHOOSE FROM BUT WE WENT TO DENNY'S MOST DAYS FOR BREAKFAST GREAT CHOICE & THE PONDEROSA GREAT VALUE
GOOD CHINESE BUFFETS AS WELL.
SO MANY YOU CAN'T GET THEM ALL IN WITHIN 2 WEEKS (GREAT)

We are experienced traveler's who have stayed in the Orlando area many times.
The villa was well situated with a Publix , Appelbees restaurant and many more amenities within WALKING distance. This was particularly appealing as the designated driver-this meant I could enjoy a cold beverage-upon occasion.
As with most villas it was well equipped with a reasonable sized pool.Disappointingly some of the detail took away from the overall enjoyment of the accommodation.
1-the air conditioning was code locked at a high of 73-75f.This made sleeping in particular uncomfortable throughout.
2-the pool loungers were not fit for purpose -low grade plastic with obvious damage.(to be fair -the management company replaced within a day of complaint)
The pool light never worked despite complaints to that company and the pool guy.Within the pool enclosure one of the back panels was damaged allowing bugs to access this area.
3-one of the bedroom doors locked by itself(had to wait a couple of hours for an emergency call out)-fortunately no-one was locked inside.The wc in the en-suite was unusable in the last few days due to faulty flush.
Simple things like the patio door sticking (I bought and applied some lubricant) and the cork screw breaking upon first use(we replaced it-straight away!) gave the property a feeling of being unloved and uncared for.
These may seem small complaints but when totted up meant that we downgraded this villa to 7/10 when it could have been so much more.
In the very competitive Florida market this is the worse villa we have stayed at.
Certainly we have never been too hot in an air conditioned property before nor had so many things go wrong.

Accommodation was excellent, the holiday was excellent after a poor start. The downside was the directions/address where we had to collect keys for the villa. The directions were not at all clear. The details were 7769 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. We were close to the place and no locals knew the address. The information should have read 7769 Highway 192,office situated at the Best Western Hotel -which would have made it alot easier. A half hour journey from the airport became 3 hours. We phoned the office for directions but this was now closed and we were put through to a call centre who wasn't local so could not help with directions. One of the many locals who we asked for directions was kind enough to ring the office himself to get better information but still could not help. When we found the office, which was closed, we had to collect keys form a coded lock box. To get the code you had to ring for the code. We weren't told this beforehand so it was lucky that we had a mobile that worked in USA. Once we collected keys, directions to villa with keys, we found villa quickly. This was a terrible start after a 9 1/2 hour flight having to drive around for 3 hours with two tired,restless young children. We did make a point of e-mailing for directions for key colection before trip, should have been sent without asking, so the directions given weren't good enough - even all the locals who we asked for advice said the directions aren't good.
We have booked with travel republic for three years on the row now and this has put a bad point for booking again.
“ Top Tip: All the disney parks were fantastic but long days. For a good break inbetween the two weeks we drove to clearwater beach on the gulf of mexico and drove down the coast towards sarasota. Absolutely beautiful beaches and nice relaxing break for a couple of days.
