i don't understand the comments on the area, this place is in the heart of Ybor if you do not want to be near the clubs, bars, restaurants.... well don't stay in Ybor.
I put not suitable for families just because the area isn't kid friendly it has a very adult scene.
The hotel itself was very clean, very friendly. Not one person on the staff was ever less than 100% pleased to be there (or so they made you feel)
The breakfast was great lots of choices and they do a to go bag if you just want to get out early.
The gym is small, but they actually allow you to use a local gym for free as well (I haven't used that one so won't comment)
The bus is great they drive you free to local areas and pick you up.
Also includes free internet, I would stay here again and again.
