From the very first moment we arrived at the Grand Hyatt we were treated as VIP's. The Valet staff opened the car doors for us, took our luggage and escorted us to our room after we checked in. There was a mistake with the room which they corrected immediately, my room was defeathered in advance as I am an Asthmatic and staff were on call 24hrs to assist.
The rooms are fantastic, spacious and the views spectacular. Facilities are also spectacular. NOTE - On a night when staying in, order a drink or 3 from the bar *my favourite was the Diamond Margarita* and head to their Japanese Gardens for evening relaxation under the stars.
Even though we were staying a very long length of time and the hotel was sold out most nights, the staff - from management to domestic knew who we were and again gave us VIP treatment. Even if we simply went to the Supermarket they were on hand to relieve us of our bags.
I have severe allergies and they catered to my every dietry need!!
There isn't enough space to say how much we love Grand Hyatt..we refuse to stay anywhere else and are finding dates to book again!!

Top Tip:
Grand Hyatt cater for everything but if you wish to go off site, it has to be BUCKHEAD PIZZA!!! Located at the back of the Grand Hyatt.
The only place to eat and so close!! World Class Pizza's, assortments of Wings, pasta dishes, freshly grilled Salmon, Salad, Shrimp and Steak. All cooked as you wish and extraordinarily affordable. And the cocktail list...FAB! Ask for a Pineapple Upside Down Cake or Buckhead Menage!
Also have drinks and Sushi at MF Bar - located at the lobby level, outside of Grand Hyatt. Thursday - Saturday have drinks at Whiskey Blue Rooftop Lounge in the W Hotel. A minute away from Grand Hyatt.
