“ On arrival the rooms we had booked were not available and we settled for a room without a balcony - we booked two rooms as we were travelling with another couple and neither room had a balcony. On check in and check out reception confirmed that evrything was prepaid but on checking my credit card statement we had been charged again for the hotel rooms. On contacting the hotel we have been assured that the refuns is being processed and it was a clerical error due to inexperienced receptionist.
“ Top Tip: The hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do - the steam paddle boat up the Mississipi, great choice of restaurants and entertainment. We were there on the weekend of the Blues and BBQ weekend so free entertainment within 2 minutes. Plenty of history, night life and food.
