“ We enjoyed our stay in the Lenox very much. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is well situated for shopping in Boston, being very close to the Prudential Centre, and Copley Square. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Lenox, nor in staying there again. My only complaint was that the aircon (which we needed due to the humidity outside) was noisy.
“ Top Tip: The hotel bar has a good atmosphere and a decent range of cocktails; Atlantic Sea foods across the street comes recommended. Copley Street 'T' station is five minutes down the street and connects you to everything else - the Aquarium (the Chart House restaurant there is amazing), Harvard, the Museum of Fine Arts (lovely lunch there in the New American Cafe), State Street (Faneuil Hall, Qunicy Market). The nearby Starbucks and Tedeschi supermarket were also good. We would also recommend a Harbour Cruise - which the hotel can prebook for you or you can purchase tickets at the harbour by the Aquarium.

Excellent hotel, staff friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Our rooms were allocated apart and they were swapped on arrival when I explained we were a family of 4 travelling with a person with disabilities and needed to be together.
Rooms were a twin with 2 double beds in, really big, and a double smaller but adequate although that bathroom was a little small, the rooms were the same price though even though wildly different in size.
Lots of added extras like a turn down service and tea and coffee available in the lobby in the morning and juice throughout the day. Very clean.
Good bar / restaurant in the hotel, location excellent for shopping and boston common, lots of restaurants round about, about 15 min walk to quincy market.
Would not hesitate to stay again, hotel parking $45 per day but good service and comparable to other hotels.
