I stayed at the hotel for 1 night prior to an early morning flight out of Boston. The room cost approx £200 for 1 night, not including breakfast.
The room was nice and spacious and the hotel was smart, the same as you would expect from a Hilton.
However, I have high expectations from a hotel if I am paying £200 a night. My gripes are:
1. I used the gym & pool, but the sauna and steam room were not working. No signs were up, it was up to the individual to try to make them work and then conclude they didn't work. Also, there were no keys available to use the lockers, so all belongings in the changing room were unsecured.
2. I had to pay for wi-fi access. If I can get free wi-fi at a starbucks, or a £60pn b&b, why does Hilton have to continue to charge for this?
3. The batteries in the tv remote had run out.
4. I had dinner in the restaurant and charged it to my room (as suggested by the restaurant's billslip.) I then had a call from reception once I was in bed telling me that they didn't have access to my credit card details as I'd not booked directly through Hilton themselves (instead using travelrepublic) so could I come down immediately to sort it out. And no, it couldn't wait until morning.

“ Great airport location and services ( shuttle bus) to the airport and also linking in to the car hire locations. Easy to access from the key routes in and out of Boston. Food in the bar was ok: good service and standard fare. Staff were friendly and happy to help.

“ We had a room on the 9th floor with the most fantastic view of Boston. Even though this is a large hotel, the staff were friendly and it was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if visiting Boston.
“ Top Tip: Get the water taxi into Boston - the hotel shuttle will drop you off at the water taxi stop and it's well worth doing.

“ lovely rooms - clean - good location - pool not large but adequate. Opposite the main hospital so some noise from sirens (not normally during the night). Only thing that spoiled it was a stag/batchelor party booked in one night and kept us awake till 3.30am and hotel did not really deal with complaints we made several times during the night. Apart from that it was pretty peaceful.Good location to walk to most main attractions and subway close by. Beacon Hill is a very pretty residential area.
“ Top Tip: Wholefoods supermarket nearby - great for take out fruit salad and salads if you don't want to eat in restaurants each night.
