“ Facilities were good. One disappointment-we had to evacuate the hotel during the night due to smoke in the basement and although the hotel guests were remarkable and calm there were no staff members to be seen on any of the fire escapes or outside the hotel where we waited. There were several announcements but no actual staff to assist.
“ Top Tip: very close to times square and central park

“ The Hotel was central to restaurants and shops.The staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel itself was clean. the bedrooms were cleaned every morning, clean bedding also everyday, fresh towels also everyday, would certainly go back to this hotel.
“ Top Tip: The restaurant we all went to was in Little Italy the food was wonderful. but the places to eat around the hotel were all good their was such a choice of food and drinking places, their were Deli"s they also were good.

Very good size room, great location, very comfy beds and a great bathroom!
Ideal location between central park and times square, tour bus stop right outside and lots of information avaliable from the staff!
Only bad points is that there was noise from the corridoors and the lifts can take a long time
“
Top Tip:
Central Parl, best place to get a hot dog from the street cart!
Small but original american diner tucked between 2nd and 3rd avenue 3 blocks down from bloomingdales named Johnny Rockets.
