“ very clean hotel, children loved the water park it was very clean and well looked after, i only wish we had had more time to enjoy it but being near to all the orlando parks our days were filled very quickly. this hotels position worked out well for visiting a number of additional attraction which were situated this end of orlando such as the dinner shows arabian nights and medieval times, air boat ride, balloon ride along with the flee markets. The breakfast provision was excellent with a very good range on offer, we really enjoyed our stay here.

“ The hotel is fantastic, very clean,grounds are well keeped, staff are very freindly, nothing is too much trouble. 100% reccommended.

“ our room was unclean especially the bathroom, our room was outside gates to pool and next to walk way so every time some walked past it was like a thunder storm, and the gate to pool slammed shut very loudly (most people used it as a short cut to reception).We asked if we could move but were told no repeatedly. Very hard to sleep..

“ Checking in took over an hour. One person on reception & long queue of people with various problems & complaints. Room was large but dated. Carpets were filthy. Shower didn't work. Main light was missing so you had to walk into room in pitch black to find bedside lamp.
