A very nice hotel. I had a one bedroom suite on the ground floor which was fine for me as I was passing through, however, I would ask for a pool view room if staying again.
The breakfast which came with room was very average. The restaurant food was good but did take a long time to arrive considering I only ordered a burger.
The check in staff were excellent as was my housekeeping lady. Marcus and David , the Management , could however learn from their staff. When I went to check out and I was asking for assistance they both were too busy in conversation to be bothered with me. To sum up rooms good; pool great as was the Country and Western singer there on Saturday; breakfast OK but the Management should pay attention to how they are perceived by the guests and should treat all guests equally.

Just returned home from holiday.8 of us including 3 grandchildren 6,10,and13.We adults range from 32 to 63.We spent a long time choosing where to stay, and the time was well spent...really recommend this hotel particularly to families with young children. The suites are well appointed, choose one overlooking the pool if possible, very comfortable beds, all you need, fridge, freezer, two bathrooms, great car parking....you do need to hire a car...easy access to all Parks via the 192 highway.
The Staff are absolutely excellent, courteous, resolve all issues very quickly,Kevin in the bar is brilliant, breakfast is all you need and there is a decent choice particularly for kids..fruit through to cereals, croissants and buns...cooked breakfast is available at a modest uplift. The pool is great and very safe.
My wife and I have been to Florida 3 times previously with our own kids when they were younger..this was a fulfilled promise to our Grandchildren...amazingly our son, daughter and son in law came as well!!!..this was a perfect place to stay for the whole familly.Really recommend it.
Go to Celebration for a wander..very pretty and great ice cream!
Easy access to all Parks..circa 15/20 minute drives...Universal a bit longer,as was Kennedy Space Centre circa 45 minutes..a must.

“ Huge bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen area. However, having stayed at Melia hotels in Spain this place was very disappointing by comparison. It is not what I would call a hotel, it's more of an apartment block. the staff were very unfriendly, and when my wife asked the maid in the corridor for an additional flannel (as they'd only left one in the bathroom of our 5th floor apartment) she was rudely told she'd have to go to reception, despite having dozens on her trolley! The furniture is cheap and nasty and very chipped and worn. 5 lines of high voltage power pylons were about 10 feet from our balcony - see Google maps and you'll see what I mean!
“ Top Tip: Close to all the shops and restaurants on 192, and convenient for the parks and Celebration.
