Newer homes in superior living communities with modern and spacious floor plans, upgraded designed decor, modernised facilities and amenities ensure extra comfort. There are houses available with 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms.All homes are located just a short drive away from an abundant selection of restaurants and shops, and conveniently located some 5 to 32 kilometres from the theme parks of Walt Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal attraction parks.The houses are fitted with various extras. These range from an extra living room or dining room to an extra TV, video recorder or CD player. The maximum occupancy for a 4-bedroom home is 8 persons, for a 5-bedroom home it is 10 persons, and for a 6-bedroom home a maximum of 12 persons may stay.

The homes have a kitchen with a fridge, microwave and cooker, along with tea and coffee making facilities. The en suite bathroom has a shower and a bath. Satellite/cable TV is a standard feature in the homes, as are direct dial telephones and radios. For laundry, each home has a washing machine and ironing set.

Optimum comfort is ensured by the air conditioning and central heating.All villas include a spa that is attached to the home's private swimming pool. Pool/spa heating is available at an additional cost.From Orlando Airport: take the south exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join the SR.417 heading west (toll road) and exit at junction 2, signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue.

Drive approximately 0.5 kilometres to the intersection with US Highway 192. Here, turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Turn first left heading towards the Ramada Hotel, and the welcome centre, where check-in takes place, is on the right.Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection is conducted from the welcome centre, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747.

The centre is open daily from 8 am to 12 midnight. After midnight, key collection is from the electronic lock box at the welcome centre. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by telephoning the free phone number 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the 'urgent message' option. When registering for a villa, guests are asked to supply a credit card as security.

A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to bookings for an additional daily fee - pool heat, cot rental and highchair rental. All homes are non smoking, pets are not allowed. Check-out on the day of departure is 10 am.
