  • “ We had a villa , as we always have when we travel to Florida, there were only 2 of us , there was a mix up on our arrival and we didn't get to our villa till the next day however we did receive all the help we required and the girl on duty at Lucayan did all she could to sort out the understanding, we stayed on complex at Lucayan the first night and all was fine.

The only thing that was disappointing was that it stated on our information that the villa had a pool but when we asked why the pool was cold, we got told that we had to pay an extra 200 dollars to get it heated. “ We had a villa , as we always have when we travel to Florida, there were only 2 of us , there was a mix up on our arrival and we didn't get to our villa till the next day however we did receive all the help we required and the girl on duty at Lucayan did all she could to sort out the understanding, we stayed on complex at Lucayan the first night and all was fine. We had a problem in the villa with the washing machine and brought it to the attention of management company , they sent a maintenance man round and he said it was ok as far as he could see. However we didn't use after that as I thought I smelt burning from the appliance. All in all we were happy with the accommodation and would have no problem using your company when booking on our next visit.

“ Top Tip: Take washing tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher. No cleaning equipment is there, so save money and take your own washing up liquid, cloth, etc. The supermarkets charge quite a lot for this sort of stuff.

“ We were upgraded from the 3 bedroom villa to a 4 bedroom villa.The villa was very big and comfortable.Small issue with cockroaches and a blocked sink but was resolved almost immediately after calling American Sunshine.Will definitely be rebooking.

“ Top Tip: Car hire is essential as we were 20 miles from the theme parks.
