Great location, good for exploring lots of the city.
Funky hotel with spacious rooms, lovely furnishings. Nice restaurant within the hotel. Hotel team helpful and courteous.
“ Top Tip: Great French restaurant, Bistro du Coin only 10 min walk, great food, great cocktails and great atmosphere. Sunday market just off Dupont Circle, good for a browse.

Great hotel with good facilities. Location is excellent, within walking distance to Georgetown , Du Pont circle with wide variety of bars, restaurants shops etc.
However what did let us down was the service upon check in. I could t find my hotel voucher which I thought would be fine as we would be on the central reservation system. I was rudely asked to find it on email and if I wanted to use the Internet I would have to pay. Of course i refused and eventually they did find our booking no apology offered all this to paying guests not a good first impression for a four star hotel? Apart from this everything else was good.

Pros: Great location for tourists to Washington, helpful, courteous staff.
Cons: Expensive bar & restaurant, no meals available Christmas Day (although paid for and vouchers issued) other than room service costing over $30 for coffee & cold toast.

We arrived early afternoon on thanksgiving. All staff welcoming and friendly.
Decor and surroundings good.
The hotel has hot drinks available to all early morning, afternoon is hot chocolate time and at 5 it's wine 0'clock or hot toddies.
All was as expected or better .
Would return :)
