First of all, when we arrived we were told there was NO RESERVATION for us. Then we were asked to move and book into ANOTHER Hotel near the Comfort Inn Pentagon which was a Best Western and NOT what we had BOOKED through Travel Republic. It was O.K. but NOT the 3 Star Hotel we had booked.
The Staff at the Pentagon did not give us or offer us any assistance with our luggage and the 4 of us had to take our own luggage and find the Hotel which was very unsatisfactory and very bad service to Senior Citizens. It was quite a walk to the Hotel and again we had to walk all the way along to the rooms allocated to us as NO assistance was given. This again was very bad service.
“ Top Tip: There were NO Restaurants within walking distance to our Hotel so we had to have our evening meals at the Hotel Restaurant. The only redeeming feature was the fact that there was a Shuttle Bus which ran every half hour to the nearest Metro Station and we used this service every day. We would definitely not go back to the Hotel.
