All the accommodation provided in the hotel is en-suite comprising a combined bath and shower unit washbasin and toilet. the rooms are bright and tastefully decorated with all the usual facilities you would expect to find. Rooms are on ground floor and first floor levels with stairs for access to the first floor. Please specify if ground floor is required. Check in is from 6pm however if you do require access earlier please ring us to arrange a time and we will be happy to accomodate you.
“ After reading what appeared to be a mountain of negative comments, some very recent, it was with intrepedation we entered the hotel. We were met at reception and directed to our room on the first floor.

The Crown Inn dates back to 1739 when two separate dwellings were altered to make the one building as you see today. Back in December 2006 we had a chimney survey done here and found out that the design of the once communal chimney dates the original dwellings back to pre 1530.
