The Waterfront is a Historic Grade II listed building over 400 years old with exceptional views over the river. An award winning Steak and Seafood Restaurant with en suite rooms ideally situated above. The location is ideal for the centre of York and all its Touristic attractions. There really is no need to spend money on taxi's here! Being in the heart of the city noise is to be expected from the night goers in the streets below. The rooms are best suited for those young at heart not the place for a quiet weekend away

The lodge is a Georgian brick building with heating throughout sympathetically restored in such a way as to retain the warmth and character of the original house. There are thirteen bedrooms comprising single double and twin-bedded accommodation and some rooms open onto a view of the famous Rose Window of the Minster. Our rooms are serviced daily.Half of the accommodation is en suite with two rooms having half-tester beds. For those without private facilities there is ample bathroom capacity including showers and all remaining rooms are fitted with washhand basins and some with WC.
