Excellent friendly service, and because they didn't have the type of room that we had booked, we were upgraded at no extra cost. Enjoyed the stay immensely and would recommend to others unreservedly.

Quiet location, friendly staff and excellent service and accommodation. German hotspot so may need your towel for the lounger in high season!
few young families but mostly couples of all ages. Bit quite for teens and anyone who likes the evening entertainment seen.

went early season, entertaiment was limited. food was good but too repetitive, about 5 times during a 2 week stay the show cooking was grilled veggies ! !

Lovely hotel with good food and a great ambience. My room was well decorated, very clean and a good size. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The restaurant is over the road from the hotel which actually works really well (no foody smells!) Lots of choice in the restaurant with some dishes cooked to order, food was really fresh and well presented, (men be warned, you have to wear long trousers for dinner). Swimming pools are also separate from the hotel but very well maintained and not at all crowded. Lovely indoor jacuzzi that was always empty when I used it.
Hotel rooms are very thin so take ear plugs, however the hotel was very quiet when I stayed with no noisy residents at all!

Top Tip Try Tomeus bar which is opposite the side of the hotel, also a diving bar on the bay front about 100 yards from the hotel, the german pizza ia amazing!

The hotel was very clean & the staff could not do enough for us. The pool area was spotless & well maintained.

Top Tip Because it was late September when we went, most of the places had closed for the winter. Although, we did find a good english bar "Ollies" for some good food & met some wonderful people.

Excellent hotel, very clean with great staff, service and food. But local area very quiet I think due to recession and value of euro-many shops and restaurants had closed down-so would advise half-board.

Check-in Date: 23/Aug/2009

Hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff helpful we asked to change room as the first one we were allocated did not have a sea view.

We did ask for a double bed and were told the hotel had only twin rooms which was not true

Breakfast was fine dinner just ok but we are vegetarians so that probably makes a difference

Top Tip Walk to the harbour for nice restaurants

The hotel was really nice, very clean and tidy. It had a lovely surrounding and amazing views. We didn't find much to do around the hotel but the beach was near by which was really nice, and there were a few shops along the way. There was entertainment at the hotel on a few nights which wasn't amazing but it was completely different each night. I would recommend this hotel, but not for young couple's who want a lot to do, but it's great for a week away to just relax.

I found some aspects of this hotel disappointing, I booked a junior suite with seaview and was given J.S. with view of snack bar, and only if I stretched over balcony and looked to the right could I view the sea. The balcony was very small and could barely seat two people.Having paid for a J.S. I was surprised to find out that I had to pay extra for use of small fridge. In my opinion the seating/dining arrangements leave a lot to be desired, in that if you are unlucky you end up sharing a table. This may suit some people but I think one should be given a choice. To claim gym facilities is an absolute joke as the gym consists of three or four pieces of broken equipment.

On the plus side the hotel is very clean and the staff are pleasant and attentive. The pool areas are well maintained with very comfortable sunbeds. The quality and choice of food was also quite acceptable.

I have stayed at this hotel on other occasions. The staff are extremely helpful nothing being too much trouble. It is a very clean hotel you can always see people around ensuring that the communal areas and the pools are clean.

The area is extremely quiet and would not do for people who want a fun packed holiday.

There is limited entertaiment in the hotel but that suits us.

I would definitely go again and would book through your company.

Top Tip The Mistral bar is great for coffee and food in the town centre.

I wanted a relaxing few days away in a non highly commercial place. Port Colom was fantastic. The hotel was a good quality, lovely harbour view, very helpful staff, choice of two pools, one ideal for children, the other very good for adults wanting to snooze or read a book in peace!

Top Tip some very nice restaurants within easy walking distance, also a good range of cheaper options too.

Very comfortable, clean hotel, with good friendly service. Restaurant is buffet style but a good choice with quality and quantity. Good place to stay if you want peace & quiet as not much to do in the area if you want nightlife...we didn`t. Hotel put on some entertainment which was average but we were not expecting any. Hiring a car is probably a good idea to see surrounding area and resorts. would definately return.

Top Tip Beach at Cala Marsal (10 mins walk) was excellent..very pictuesque, clean & safe. To hire 2 sunbeds and a fixed parasol was 11 euros per day.

lovely clean hotel not much at porto colom not a lot of restaurants to choose from if your not full board. If quiet is what you want then this is the place for you. We were pleased we had a car as we went out for a few days. but there is a regular bus service.

Top Tip there was a lovely restaurant just outside the pool (the pool with the snack bar in as theres 2 pools) it was cheap for food and drink. the food was lovely real home cooking just wished we had found it sooner rather than later.
