I HAD A VERY PLEASENT STAY AT THE HOTEL. I FOUND THE STAFF VERY HELPFULL AND FRIENDLY. THE STUDIO WAS SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. THE FOOD PROVIDED AT THE HOTEL WAS FANTASTIC WITH GREAT VARIETY AND CHOICE. THE COMPLEX WAS VERY CLEAN WELL MAINTAINED. THE COMPLEX WAS WITHIN EASY REACH VIA A SHORT BUS JOURNEY TO MAJOR BEACHES RESTAURANTS AND NIGHTLIFE AS WELL AS SHOPPING AREAS
CORAL BEACH WAS VERY NICE
Excellent hotel, excellent service.
Not fromthe Harbour well worth a visit
The worst hotel we have stayed in. Only stayed one night and then paid to stay elsewhere. The place was filthy - the smell of raw sewage would take your breath away. The beds were crawling with ants when we awoke. Drinks were served in children's party cup size and you were only allowed two drinks at a time. Therefore the queues at the bar were long with only one barman serving. Our son went in the pool once and developed an eye infection. His eyes were bloodshot as soon as he came out. Please do not waste your money - the place is manky. Five star!!!!!
Go somewhere else!
Excellent VFM for a family holiday, my 9 year old son was fully catered for, he made lots of friends and I was left to have a week relaxing, reading & listening to my IPOD. Staff are all very friendly and they work hard to provide a great service.
Great Hotel which is very clean. Food and accommodation very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team worked very hard to make the evenings enjoyable but the recession is hitting! Last year there was more entertainment from outside.
The lunch time pool side quiz is not to be missed!!!
Food was excellent. Rooms were comfortable. Hotel in great location not on top of everything but easy enough to get to if you want to. Staff freindly and helpful.
Coral Bay great fun just mind the rocks when you first get into the sea but all sand just after
Accomodation in apartments is a bit tired and dated, facilities provided in the hotel not as good as other village/hotels in this area, otherwise the Pafian scores well on the food - very good choice, well cooked, and the best Breakfast buffet I think I have seen (other than in Thailand). The bars OK, sort of entertainment you have seen a million times before....but if you have a car rental provides a good base to use the surrounding area on a budget. No way 5 star....
small number of bars and shops adjoining the hotel complex, but with exchange rate as it is - not cheap .Tramps bar down Tomb of the Kings Road ,Pafos does a pint for 1.8 Euros and deals during the day which is reasonable.

Receptionist Dominica was quite rude when we got our check out date mixed up, she spoke to me like I was a child. We requested an Iron on 3 seperate occasions but never received one.
The rooms were pretty cluttered with dated furniture but were kept clean, only saw a few ants!
Food was ok nothing special but we were happy as the weather was nice and we could relax by the pool.
Definitely not 4 star! The rooms were shabby and you had to be up at 6am for any chance of a sunbed. On the upside, the food was good and the staff were friendly. The daytime entertainment was Ok but the constant loud music was a problem some of the time, there was no escape from it!. The evening entertainment was Ok, usual kids disco followed by bingo, the act of the night, and then back to kids disco. The whole place is geared towards families with younger children. There was a steep walk to the so say beach which was really just rocks. Not suitable for young ones. My husband and son went snorkling, the current was strong and they tired quickly so potentially dangerous for those less experienced.
We only stayed for two nights and that was long enough!
Hotel is great for kids and families, entertainment was done by Thomas Cook reps but was enjoyable for families but maybe not so much for teenagers or couples without children.Buses run regular to Paphos and Coral Bay for better entertainment and restuarants
there is a great little bay for swimming and snorkelling just to the front right of the hotel
The Paphion does what it says on the tin!! It is a cheap getaway to a beautiful Island with all inclusive good value for money. Staff are friendly, hotel is clean and food good. Mainly English this year and some very pleasant people stopping there. A bus ride away from the harbour and beach at 1 euro 50. Travelling with Travel Republic was particularly useful this year as all the big tour operator guests had to pay extra for air conditioning but as we booked direct with Travel Republic we weren't even approached. Overall the fourth visit to this property - loved it but had an excellent room this time due to Travel Republic requesting it for me - thanks!!
There is to the left of the hotel a path to a very small cove however, as no-one knows about it you can swim in the sea and it is a sandy beach - definately worth a ten mins walk!
The stay was excellent for the first week and half. That was until the school term had finished and the overall standard was in a noticable decline and the attitude of the "new" arrivals appeared aggresive. Overall the hotel was top notch and the food was excellent.Top entertainment The waiters and cleaners were very proffesional with the way they dealt with their duties and the way they interacted with the guests. The reception staff on the other hand were very un proffesional and any request seemed to be a major undertaking. They could learn from their colleagues in a more hardworking enviroment! One final whinge paying for air conditioning was slightly annoying on a all inclusive holiday. OVERALL TOP HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!
Take the day trip to Cairo and pop across to the waterpark in Paphos
Excellent service from everyone at the hotel - friendly, helpful and alround brilliant
Kings of the Tombs - take some water though it gets hot and dry!!
I cannot fault the hotel at all... the rooms were clean and spacious and ground/ communal areas well kept staff were friendly and professional especially the room attendant 'Gallina' - lovely!
it is not the type of hotel you would choose if you are wanting a relaxing day by the pool however, the animation/entertainment could be rather intrusive if you did not have children.. daily poolside quizzes and guessing games are not to everyone's taste so therefore more suited to families
best to hire a car although bus service is fairly reliable. We could have done with detailed directions to the accommodation as we arrived at night and Kissonerga is not very well signposted.
excellent value for money if we returned to Cyprus we would definately consider returning here
Hotel looks ok from the outside but furnishings in rooms sparse and dated. Pool good and views from sea view appartment lovely. Staff friendly and helpful but food poor quality. Beef on first night was inedible "tough as old boots" which put us off eating there bit of a waste as booked all inclusive, more like a 2-3 star than a 4 star wouldn't stay there again
Fat mammas down the road was an excellent restaurant but don't over order portions are HUGE!
The hotel was in general, very good.
Food - decent although slighly boring after a week.
Staff - very freindly and helpful.
Room - rather dated decor but comfortable
Facilities - excellent, clean pools
Entertainment - Pretty good although a bit cheesy at times!
Cydive in Paphos does a very good half-day diving course for about £35... very professional and well worth a go if you like that sort of thing.
we stayed at this hotel 5 years ago, and it could deffinately do with an uplift now. we also did,nt like the plastic cups on a night. but apart from that everything else was ok.
you must visit coral bay if you like the beach.
