Excellent hotel the best air con we have ever had. All the staff are friendly,the hotel was very clean and the food was very good. No rush for sunbeds on a morning just what you want for a relaxing holiday.
We would go back again

I am extremely unhappy with the room allocation I was given. The hotel was fantastic but I was misold and misled as to the accommodation. I asked the advisor specifically to be given a suite because we are a family of 4, which the advisor agreed to. I ended up with a double room with an extra camp bed added and a cot which was totally unacceptable.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and always felt staff helpful and ready to help in any way.

We thought Resorthoppa was excellent and would utilise it on any other occasion.

Although the hotel had all the facilities stated it lacked any atmosphere it was just there. Breakfast was poor, all drinks tepid!!! never even remotely hot.

Location was good for us it was at one side of Sa Coma which made it nice and quiet even though everything was only 5 minutes walk away.

We had a marvellous holiday in Sa.Coma. Weather was excellent after all the rain we had had in the U.K. Our choice of Hotel couldn't have been better considering that it was almost a last minute holiday. From the reception staff to the restaurant ,to the cleaning ladies, we have no complaints at all. Everyone went out of their way to be as helpfull as possible and make our stay a very happy one. It is certainly somewhere that we shall return to. Our food was well cooked, a couple of days there seemed to be a shortage of ideas, but overall, a lovely restaurant, very clean, crisp table linen, knives forks spoons gleaming and the lovliest staff we have encountered in a long time. Well done Sa.Coma Grand. It would be good to return with our grandchildren.

The childrens club is a must for us to explore on another visit, hopefully with our grandchildren. Bicycycle hire,football, mini golf, swimming and lots of other activities. It has to be a wonderful family holiday also. We are a couple of 65 and 74 and thought that the whole complex and hotel catered superbly.
