Seastar apartments are basic but clean, the the owners Ahmet Leyla and their staff are fantastic and will do anything to help. Ahmet gets the guests involved in volleyball, skittles and pool football all without being pushy he is a very friendly funny guy, the pool is a welcome haven and is soo clean (Ahmet makes sure of this he cleans it every day)we would definately go back to Seastar again as we felt like family and were sad to leave.

Top Tip Within a 10 miinute walk you reach the Restaurants on the Promenade a lot to choose from but we recommend Cassa de Mamma and Serkul 1, food and service at both was outstanding.
A must to do is sit at any of the restaurants on the prom with a cold drink and a camera to hand to watch the sunsets they are awesome.

I am replying on behalf of my partner Mr Greasley - We have just returned from a weeks stay at Seastar Hotel in Calis Beach near Fetiye in Turkey. We absolutely loved the way the owner/runner of the place made us and every other guest feel like part of his family (but not in a pushy way) you could keep yourself to yourself or you could sit around the poolside & bar and share a drink with him and talk about everything and anything. He even roped my other half into playing in his volleyball team every evening with his local Turkish friends. And he lent us his pushbike. The apartments were basic but that it was we love as we like to just chill out and do our own things and not feel like we should stick around an accomodation that has wonderful lush facilities. Basic is greatf or us, the main thing is they were clean & tidy with new towels & sheets everyday. The fact that it only has 16 rooms makes it more personal and you get to know and acknowledge other guests daily. Its posisition in the resort is fantastic, tucked away in a little side street only a few mins walk from the main drag of restaurants and bars and shops so its great and quiet for families and near enough to liveliness for younger groups/couples. We would go back to Seastar time & time again and recommend it to anyone! All in all the Seastar and Hhamed himself made our week! ...... we were both very emotional when it came to leaving.

Top Tip So many to mention!!!!! ......... The Water Taxi to Fethiye is a lovely experience especially at night. Hire out Pushbikes, its a great way to get around and see things, its very flat so not unpleasant biking in the heat. Also Use the public buses (Dolmus) great fun and so cheap! ...... If your self catering then go to the local weekley market as the fresh fruit and veg is out of this world! EFES Beer is just Divine on a warm day & night. Go to Olu Deniz and do the pargliding if you dare off the top of a mountain, faboulous experience. Go down to one of the many beach front bars and watch the Sunset, it is beautiful. Most of all just look around you and take in the way the Turkish people live, they really dont need or want anything, they just love soending time with each other and families, all very self sufficient and happy laid back people - We could learn a lot from them Im sure !!!!

We had a fantastic 2 weeks stay at the Seastar hotel. The apartments are very spacious & kept clean. The owners are really friendly & helpful & organised activities like Volleyball & Skittles for the guests. The hotel is in a quiet area, although the beach, restaurants & bars are only a 6-7 minute walk away. We would definetely recommend the Seastar hotel, we don't have any complaints at all- it was in a great location & was excellent value for money.

Top Tip We would definitely recommend you go on the trips, they are really cheap & you'll have a great time. We especially loved the jeep safari!

I love this hotel which is why me and my family have stayed there a few times. Ok it isnt on the beach or near the entertainment and restaurants but these are a 10 minute walk away. The apartments themselves are self catering and somewhat lacking in equipment but I find them spacious and good value for money. If you do need anything the owner Ahmet is brilliant and will get you whatever you ask for within reason!

Top Tip If you like fish the Dolphin Hotel/Restaurant on the sea front has an excellent menu which although not as cheap as some places is well worth a visit.
