Despite being in the busy capital the hotel offered all comforts and attention. The breakfast was excellent with almost everything you could need for a good meal to set you up for the day. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in London.

Excellent location for everything you could want to do in London. Service was very good and staff polite, friendly and most helpful. We were given a free upgrade when we made an enquiry about this. The rooms were really spacious and we were given the option of a quiet room aor one overlooking the main road. Breakfast was really good and the free left luggage facility was welcome.

St Christophers Place, a lovely little square with fab cafe/restaurants close by, just off Oxford Street same side of the road down a narrow alley between the shops.....5 mins walk.

Clean and pleasant hotel as would be expected with this star rating.
I wonder why every 4 star hotel in London always offer an upgrade at cost, which you 90% of the time you still receive if you decline the offer.

Checking out was chaotic with no orderly process, which allowed those with a lacking of manners or time to push in.

Breakfast, although more than adequate exhibited staff physically rushing between tables, suggest that they review their staff training to cope with breakfast.

Hot breakfast food inadequately kept warm

No glasses available for fruit juice during my period of having breakfast.

My stay was lovely, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful . I wanted to know where the best places to visit were and the best places for entertainment, they gave very good advice. The room was very clean and comfortable and extremely good value for saying that it is central London. Parking next door was 25% off for hotel residents too!.

We went to see The Jersey Boys at the Princes Edward Theatre........Brilliant!

A HOTEL WHICH WAS IDEAL FOR EXPLORING LONDON WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE FOR MANY ATTRACTIONS AND OF COURSE ON THE END OF OXFORD STREET FOR SHOPPING.PLUS UNDERGROUND STATION VERY CLOSE BY.

START AT TOTTENHAM COURT ROAD END OF OXFORD STREET IT SAVES CARRYING SHOPPING BOTH WAYS

We were upgraded as soon as we got there. The room was very clean, a nice powerful shower and straight on to Oxford Street for shopping. The staff were very friendly and eveything in the room worked perfectly. The room was gorgeous and definitely worth the money.

We dined at the Boxwood Cafe in Mayfair

Excellent location for shopping and for going around London by bus/Underground

This was an excellent hotel,checking in was fast and smooth, staff very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was a great size and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
The position was excellent for the tube.

Brian Turners restaurant was a short walk from the hotel, so a great place to stay.

Could not of found better.

Rooms modern and spacious. Very clean. Comfortable bed and efficient check in/check out service. Would certainly stay again.

The Spaghetti House just south of Oxford Street- great, reasonably priced italian food.
