Gave us the worst room in the Hotel first floor overlooking the kitchen and car park rear of hotel. After complaining and refusing the room moved us top floor overlooking part of the harbour

The Tres Torres is a nice friendly hotel, we have stayed there several times over the years.
The rooms are always very clean, each one with a balcony, so don't pay extra for one!
The breakfast is plentiful and varied, but the dining room is manic at 9am so beware!
Evening meals are variable, the buffet style will not suit everyone and occasionally the food is not as good as one would expect.
The pool is lovely, and no mad scrummage (in May & Sept anyway!) for sunbeds.

Top Tip If you like live music, Mirage, overlooking the Marina is a must.
Eating out in Santa Eulalia is easy, ask for directions to Restaurant Street for a variety of good quality places to eat. Bar Cosmi and The Royalty are on opposite corners of the main street, the tapas are fabulous and it's the best spot in town to people watch!

Even though we booked a seaview room over 6 months ago, we were shown to a side room located above the kitchen/restaurant area, which was very noisy. We felt that many people staying at the hotel were regular visitors and therefore given the best rooms, regardless of when they booked. The vast majority of people staying there were very elderly. It certainly isn't suitable, and doesn't cater for families with small children. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the food was very good. However, it certainly does not deserve the 4Star rating it has - in our opinion it's no more than a 3Star! The rooms need updating, in fact the whole hotel needs refurbishing as everything looked very tired. Also, there weren't enough sunbeds around the pool. The regulars tended to place their towels on the sunbeds very early in the morning, and their towels remained there all day whether or not they used the beds - very frustrating!!!!

Top Tip Lovely beach within 5 minute walk. Lots and lots of good restaurants - in fact too many to mention.

We were recommended this hotel by work colleagues who return year after year. With the exception of its location (overlooking the marina and its yachts) I'm not sure there are any 'stand out' qualities to recommend to anyone or to encourage our return. We had no particular problems there, the hotel was very clean, staff friendly and food of a decent standard, however I do feel that it could do with a refurbishment and is more of a 3 star than 4 star hotel. The pool area is also very small and got quite crowded; we had no problems getting sunbeds though (but these had also seen better days!).

Top Tip Top tips: the hotel is situated on the marina in Santa Eulalia where we found a number of lovely bars and restaurants - with a laid back/chilled vibe (especially Liquide). At the other end of the promenade is Mariners bar which is great for something a little livelier (we watched an Abba tribute act).

Request a marina view room if staying at this hotel; the view is probably the best thing about the hotel.

Hotel was old and not attractive on the outside but it was very clean and more than adequate inside . The staff were very helpful smiling and friendly and it helped to have a native English speaker at the reception though all the staff spoke excellent English .
The pool and bar area were good with plenty of sun beds and shady areas. The half board option was worth it as the food though plain and homely was tasty and plenty of it with nice touches like a glass of bubbly one night and a liqueur another. The wine was reasonably priced too. The rooms were large and the bathrooms had both a bath and shower over with the towels regularly changed .The rooms were very well cleaned each day.
They had a large selection of paperback books left by previous guests in a glass fronted cupboard near the reception which I found great.
Well worth going to .

Top Tip The town beach was lovely and beautifully kept but had no sunbeds for hire. It was backed by the very smart promenade with plenty of restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes.
The only downside was that the Spanish love their dogs and walk them along the promenade but do not like to pick up after them in spite of there being plenty of bins and plastic bags supplied so you had to be so wary where you put your feet and it got rather disgusting at times.
A walk to the left as you leave the hotel and go along the coast is well worth it and also walk to the second beach past the town and go up the river -it's lovely.

Don't be put off by first impressions - fabric of the hotel may look a little tired but the staff are excellent, the rooms comfortable even though a little redecoration would not go amiss. The entertainment is on only every other night but they go for quality not quantity - the entertainers are excellent. Pool bar snacks are average - a little pricey for what you get, but if you are not happy there are plenty other places within 5 mins walk. Food in restaurant very good at both breakfast and dinner times. Excellent perfectly level promenade runs for about a mile around the 2 bay areas - ideal for elderly / wheelchair customers. We had a range of ages in our party from 22 to 83 and all enjoyed the holiday.

Top Tip Plenty of nice restaurants at the marina across the road if you want a change from half board. Or you can walk a little further to the main beach / town area, it's not very far.

The hotel was really nice, reception staff particularly helpful and made our stay very enjoyable

Top Tip Hire a car so you can enjoy the variety of beaches and scenery around ibiza. We were able to go to beaches which offered the best weather around the island on any particular day.

Hotel was very good, clean and tastefully decorated. Only on problem the noise from the room directly next door could here almost very word when the bathroom door was open. The lady next door was a bit loud anyway. Think they need to do something about the sound proofing there. Rooms were made up every day, staff were very pleasant could not do enough for you. The only thing I did not like was when we checked out the receiptionist would not let me have my bar receipts which I thought I should be entitled to only had a computerised sheet with the charges on, I was not very happy about this. Everywhere else we went to eat or drink we were given our receipts so god know why she wanted to keep them. I think this should be looked into.

Top Tip Yes there were a number of good restaurants but some were a bit pricy. Could not fault them service was good at every restaurant we went to and the bars were very good. We were here in 2006 and I am sure it was not so expensive then. Mind you everything has gone up such a lot and the Euro exchange rate is not as good as it was back then. This did not stop us from enjoying our holiday "when in Rome".

More variety of piped music is required to the pool Area - too much music repetition of the same CDs

Top Tip The little train tour is good value

An excellent small hotel at the heart of the marina and close to bars and excellent restaurants.

Top Tip Liquidos bar. Perfect place to chill out.

Hotel was very clean and the staff most welcoming and attentive. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of choice for all tastes. Our room was perfectly adequate - large with plenty storage. However, the construction type of the hotel resulted in noise from adjoining rooms and corridor. This hotel is definitely a favourite with older people and any entertainment provided is aimed at this age group. Overall, however, we were happy with our choice as we had read previous reviews and knew what to expect.

Top Tip One advantage of this hotel is that it is directly on the promenade which runs right round the front at Santa Eulalia. Also, there are some restaurants and cafes in the marina area very close by. The town centre is not far at all with the most popular bars and eating places in one pedestrian street. Our most memorable meal, however, was a delicious seafood paella in a beach restaurant 'Brisa del Mar' in Cala Pada on the coastal walk to Punta Arabi (hippy market held there on Wednesdays).

Staff are all friendly and helpful
Rooms are a little "tired" but kept spotlessly clean
Rules on reserving sunbeds seems to be working but at this time of year clients are in the older group
A very good 3 star

The staff was very helpful , a meal was put aside for us on arrival at 11pm, due to our flight being delayed at Stansted for appx 2hrs, which we thought was very thoughtful,(the meal that is) and they changed our room next day for something a little larger without any questions, the food, the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and all the staff was very friendly, the only down side was the dust from the rear car park which settled on the balconies, and the evening entertainment which we had was good, but not frequent enough we thought, and finally, they opened the restaurant specially for us at 6.45am to have a bite to eat before leaving for home, what more can I say,...... great

This was our third visit to this hotel - another break is planned there in October - our repeated visits, as with many other guests, says much about the hotel. Although one of the older hotels in Santa Eulalia, it is well placed on the promenade for restaurants, shops, beaches and of course the Marina which is directly over the road. The staff, without exception, are friendly and attentive - in fact they remembered us from last year! The hotel is clean and well presented and the buffet restaurant offers a good choice of food to suit most palates with little extras such as the local liquors on Saturday, sherry one night and cava (with flowers for ladies & sweets for children) another. When in Santa Eulalia, I am reluctant to stay elsewhere, as I know I will be well looked after at Tres Torres.

Top Tip Mangoes Beach Bar - a short walk around headland (past the Sol Ibiza) is an excellent place to while away the hours - day or night - for one drink you can use a sunlounger all day and take a refreshing dip in the sea from their rocks. The food looks pretty OK too although we only sampled Sangria!
The local bus service also gets you around the island cheaply but remember tickets are one way!
The boat trips are also great for a special treat - the day boat to Formentera is always worth it, with the round island tour when you get there taking you to Es Pujols beach, although Illetas & Cala Saona are also worth a visit!
The mini-train trips also help you discover some of the inside of the island. They start in Santa Eulalia & Es Cana.
Cala Pada and Niu Blu beaches are worth a visit - on Cala Pada, the chirunguita 'Las Brisas' has started more evening entertainment. Cala Llenya also worth a visit at sundown as is Chiricana at Cala Martina just outside Es Cana.
Walk up by the river at sundown and meet the feral cat colony living alongside some pretty tame ducks - they like buffet leftovers!
