Cracked sink. Shower did not work. Bathroom dirty. No easy chair in room, nowhere to sit. Breakfast not breakfast but continental. Pay extra for hot food. Pay extra for room safe. Room on 5th floor, elevator only went to 4th. No air con.
Dreadful. Worst hotel experience for many years.
