Holidays to Javea
The port town of Javea is nestled between Valencia and Alicante on the beautiful Costa Blanca. There's an old town to explore, great nightlife to enjoy and some lovely beaches. Laying on the back side of the Montgó, behind a wide bay and sheltered between 2 rocky headlands, the town has become a very popular small seaside resort and market town.
This pebbly cove is a pleasant beach to explore, with gentle waves and plenty of amenities.
Dramatic cliffs and lush vegetation provide the backdrop for this coarse sandy beach, which is around 800m long.
Tackle varied terrain in the imposing mountainous backdrop to Javea and head along the Raco del Bou trail to explore.
Faro de Cabo de la Nao
Walk past Javea marina and you'll discover this lighthouse, where you can enjoy the stunning clifftop views.
Head north to this little beach town and visit the 11th Century castle and the harbour.
Take to the water
There are plenty of watersports on offer, particularly at Arenal Bay, so hit the water on a jet-ski or go sailing.
Dine at the marina
With beautiful views and great food - especially fish - there are few better places to enjoy a meal in Javea.
If you've got a sweet tooth, make sure you try the tasty nougat - turron - which hails from the Alicante region.
The biggest nightclub in Javea is lively and open from 11pm until the early hours of the morning.
Plenty of DJs and special events make this nightspot a really popular haunt during the evening.
