The welcome on checking in was poor, very few words were exchanged. The teapot on the hospitality tray was full of the last guests cold tea and the cup and saucer was dirty. I would not class this as luxury accommodation more suitable for commercial travellers. I would also think a refurbishment was in order. There was no hot water in the morning due to the boiler breaking down and no reduction in the price. The partition wall was very thin and when guests next door were showering it was very noisey as the pipework appeared to be in my room! I ate in the restaraunt and this was the best part of my stay, the food and sevice were excellent. The breakfast was reasonable.
