Despite some negative review we found this hotel to be ideal for us. It was cleaned everyday and fresh towels put out. The apartment was large and clean with 2 large beds that were very comfortable. Included in the price we paid was air con and safety deposit box and the resort fee waivered.
All the staff were friendly especially the bus driver Mil. Courtesy bus to and from the strip every hour was great and saved time and taxi fares. The pool area was fine and the Jacuzzi hot.

This is the 3rd time i have stayed at this hotel and the past 2 times have had no problems. Did you know that you are advertising this hotel as a Best western hotel and it is definately no longer a Best western hotel. The standards have dropped dramatically and when you get to the hotel there is now no Best western sign neither. Could you please look into this for me.

Second visit to this hotel would definitely go again. Free hotel shuttle to the strip and close to the monorail making it convenient to get around. Hotel staff exceptional from reception to housekeeping and all inbetween nothing is too much trouble.
