What can I say the service was terrible! We had no water on the second day of our stay and electricity was off in passages and lifts. We stayed on the 6th floor so no fun feeling your way around climbing 6 floors. Reception very unfriendly and unhelpful and never apologised for us not having hot water and electricity. At no stage whatsoever did they inform their guests what was happening. We asked them for wi-fi password which they asked if it was included in your booking price? Eventually gave it to us but the passwords never worked. They change the password daily and write it in such a manner that you cannot use is. We couldn't get back into the room due to electricity being off on the same day as the water problem. Went to reception who advised us that only the main housekeeper has a key and they could call her but would take some time for her to get there. On returning to the Hotel in the evening we asked the receptionist if the water and electricity problem was solved and was then informed that she didn't know about any problems and that her colleague didn't inform her that the Hotel was without water and electricity in the morning. We then went up to our room to find that our key did not work as it had to be re-activated due to electricity being off in the morning. Find it very hard to believe that the reception did not know about this problem as everybody had to have their keys re-activated. My daughter was in another room on the 3rd floor and theirs also had to be re-activated.
Besides the unfriendly and unhelpful staff of the Hotel, the Hotel is very clean and quiet and well located to see the sites in Paris.

it's a very nice and clean hotel l by the centre of Paris but the Chinas receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. There was only Decof caffe and AC not working as well.

The rooms were comfortable and adequate, though the tv could have worked in one of the rooms.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly although we didn't have any major issues to test them when things weren't going well.
The room itself was a little small and basic but for the price we paid I wasn't disappointed.
