Some of the reception staff and all of the cleaners were very pleasant.
Good location but not too noisy.
My second stay - will stay there again.

The best thing about this hotel is its location.a couple of minutes from union square.The lobby as is portrayed in the official photos and fairly cute.
Rooms are basic with tea and coffee facilities.Decor in each room is based on a wine theme but are a little worn around the edges.
Bathrooms are functional but very basic,outdated and cramped.There is a little noise from the street below but what do you expect in a city.Overall i recommend this hotel for the rates it charges.Dont go expecting miracles.what you get is a clean and centrally located hotel with good reception staff.

A very comfortable and clean hotel in a convenient and safe location one block from China Town and a few yards from the Cable Car on Powell St.
Staff are very friendly and professional. Complimentary wine tasting in the evening in the log-fired lounge is a welcome addition after a long and weary day of sightseeing. As a single traveller it gave the opportunity to chat with others and receive recommendations for local eateries and bars.
However, as you would expect from any city centre hotel there is an element of street noise.
Would definitely stay here again on any return visit to San Francisco.

Hotel muy céntrico camas muy confortable un poco de ruido pero normal con tanto tráfico wifi gratis pero muy mala calidad de señal desayuno no muy bueno pero cerca de de restaurantes donde desayunar
