Absolutely fantastic hotel- was moved here due to closure of our booked hotel and was a little concerned but no need to be at all.
Owner very considerate - called ahead as issues with our flight meant we arrived 9 hrs later than planned, and he waited up to ensure we checked in ok, despite it being nearly midnight.
Room was absolutely beautiful- much higher standard than expected- large bathroom with toiletries provided and huge shower. Large and comfortable bed, effective air con and TV with Sky included.
Breakfast was fantastic and served to your room, meaning we started the day with breakfast on the balcony- absolutely perfect! Included pastries, yoghurt, rolls and spreads, juice and tea/coffee. Could choose time of serving and was always promptly delivered.
Hotel very well located, an easy and direct 10 min walk from the Termini- a hub for buses and the metro trains. Also on a number of bus routes. Major attractions such as the Colleasum and Roman Forum walkable distance away. Also a couple of 'hidden gem' restaurants close by, full of locals rather than tourists for genuine and really well priced Italian food- 3 courses plus 2 drinks for €20 each!
Couldn't have wished for more for a base for a city break- it isn't the Ritz but if you're after somewhere clean, modern and good value for money you really couldn't ask for more!
