When I arrived I was told by the male receptionist that it was room only. I checked my booking online and showed the receptionist it was actually bed and breakfast that I had paid for. He said that he believed me but I would have to ring travel republic to ask expedia to send that confirmation even though he could see with his own eyes what I booked. Travel republic then spoke to him on the phone but he still wanted more confirmation. This took me another 2 hours to sort out which was precious time of my holiday with my son who is 8 yrs old and was anxious to go and have fun rather than mummy spend a silly amount of time on the phone. I found the receptionist rather dismissive and after speaking to Expedia the receptionist could have easily sorted this out for me and contacted them himself. He walked away from me at one point and I feel as a paying customer he should be delivering an excellent customer service which he didn't. That incident alone will ensure I don't return as I think it shows that customer care is not paramount. If he had looked at the price I paid he could have easily worked out the price included bed and breakfast. Was going to return but probably won't now.
