This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at for a long time. Upon arrival from England 30 seconds in I had staff in to polish the room as it was thick with dust.
The breakfast was completely uneatable unless you like cold fried egg and toast everyday. The staff are very aware there breakfast offering is vile as they agreed with us.
The wifi was terrible you had to get codes daily from reception this is a headache if your there for more than a couple of nights.
There is no manager on duty just a reception supervisor who is next to useless. We payed a big premium to get a a touch of luxury and a pool access suite room.
When we complained about the issues and lots of things being broken and generally run down we was told well its only 3 star!
We then accepted a free downgraded room so we could use the pool and actually have pool access as paid for (not a suite room) few days in there was green algae growing on the side and floor of the top pool of the 2 swimming pools.
There was no access to the pool as was sold in the description for the suite room. you could get in via a 4 foot drop but there was no way to get back into the room without having your key card to get back into the room and either walking though the main reception or though the corridors to the room.
Out of our 13 nights we paid for here we only actually stayed for 5 nights and hotels cheaper than half the price of this was in way better condition.
If this hotel had a manager and actual leadership for its staff it could be a really stunning hotel but as it stands now it needs closing down.
