Modern hotel, warm and clean. Breakfast basic and repetative. Reception staff were fab, so so helpful and friendly. Cheap restaurants and shop in the area. 10 min walk to main square. Just down the road from trams and metro.

The modern design, we liked a lot, initially gave up on the 5th floor, when we saw the room the bathroom was just entered and had to climb a ladder super steep to get to the room as a sort of garret with Low rise, we asked the reception we moved because my friend gave her claustrophobia, and got one on the 2nd floor, is very wide and a bathroom with shower and toilet and one with toilet and sink.
Note that the elevator will not let you just floor you have to climb about 9 steps to the floor and that with a little heavy suitcases.
As distance from Wenceslas Square more than 15 minutes because you have to walk up a steep grade, but the metro station is two blocks ip.pavlova.
About the breakfast buffet, but my extensive basics because the hotel is small.
