I got to the hotel expecting a balcony, as this is what I had paid for, to be told there are none. We also paid for bed and breakfast, but no breakfast was to be found in the morning. The staff do not speak English, so it was very hard to ask for essential things, such as a bottle of water. There was no kettle or drinking facilities in the hotel room. Being 18 on my first holiday with just one other person, it was fairly scary to be in a forgein country where the hotel staff didn't speak English, it was dark when we arrived so we didn't want to roam too far as we didn't know the area. Eventually, the cleaner, who seemed to be the only staff member, caught on what water meant, and I finally got a bottle of water.
